📅 Support Period, Exam Update & Swap Policy
Q15. What is your support period, update, and swap policy?
Support starts the day after purchase.
During your valid support period, you will receive free updates (if any) and relevant exam-related news.
If you fail an exam due to unexpected changes in the official exam content during this period, you will be eligible to receive the latest stable version of the updated material at no additional cost for your next attempt.
We make every effort to keep all exam questions and answers current and accurate. However, exam updates may occasionally take additional time depending on vendor release schedules.
If your support period expires before an update is available, you will need to purchase the updated exam version.
You may swap your purchased exam for another of equal value anytime before your support period expires.
Important: If you choose to swap an exam, the remaining support period from the original exam will become void, and the new exam will not include any support period.
This ensures fairness and flexibility while maintaining clear terms for all customers.

Our practice test materials do not include detailed explanations for the following important reasons:

Explanations require constant rewriting whenever a vendor updates blueprints or changes technologies. By focusing on Q&A accuracy instead of long explanations, we ensure you always study with the latest and most stable version of each exam.
2. To deliver a real exam-like experience
Official certification exams from vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, AWS, and Microsoft do not provide explanations. Preparing in the same format strengthens real exam thinking, improves recall, and builds confidence under exam conditions.
3. To avoid introducing bias or misleading details
Explanations can sometimes include a writer’s personal interpretation, outdated vendor methods, or unnecessary theory. By removing explanations, our content stays clean, direct, and aligned strictly with official exam objectives.
4. To keep study materials lightweight and easy to revise
